The History of K&S Logistics & Carriers

Ken grew up working for his family business which included a transportation and trucking division. Early on Ken learned the value of honesty and communication in working directly with customers on a daily basis. In 1996 Ken started his own trucking and brokerage business with those core values in mind.

In 2005 Jeni, Ken's daughter, joined the family business. Having a back ground in human resources and marketing, trucking and transportation seemed like foreign ground. However customer service was something that Jeni had experience in. With that knowledge base and Ken's experience, Jeni has grown to handle a large majority of our brokerage operations working directly with the customers and the haulers to ensure successful product moves.

In 2006, Ken and Jeni continued strengthening the family business by focusing on customer relationships, reliable communication, and dependable transportation service.

In 2007, their hands-on approach helped improve daily operations, support customers more effectively, and build stronger connections with carriers and haulers.

In 2008, Ken and Jeni continued growing the business from the office side, working closely with customers and drivers to keep freight moving smoothly.

In 2017 Tim and Jeni, purchased the company from Ken, and continue to operate and grow this business to date.
